SMARTRAC DogBone RFID White Wet Inlay (Monza R6-P) - Adhesive+

Equipped with RA-2 UV acrylic hot melt adhesive, the SMARTRAC Dogbone RFID Inlay - Adhesive + is specifically designed for customers who desire increased adherence in their application with fewer elemental effects. With a service temperature of -40° to +150°C, this stronger adhesive provides greater adherence for rugged applications without compromising performance and is better suited for environments that may be exposed to liquid or adverse conditions. 

SMARTRAC Dogbone RFID Adhesive + Inlays are designed for global supply chain, industrial, RTI, and sports timing applications, and offer excellent performance in demanding environments and on different materials. They have good tolerance against the detuning effect of highly di-electric materials, providing effective global performance even on difficult-to-tag materials. Size optimized for 10 cm / 4 inch wide converted labels, the SMARTRAC Dogbone Wet Inlay uses the Impinj Monza R6-P IC (integrated circuit) offering additional features such as add-on user memory and on-demand memory configuration as well as a kill function and easy access control to change tag information for store data, if required.

SMARTRAC On Metal RFID Wet Inlay (Monza 4QT)

SMARTRAC’s On Metal RFID Wet Inlay is designed for tagging metal objects and surfaces, as well as challenging non-metal objects. The thin, soft and flexible tag structure ideally suits curved and flat surfaces, and offers converters huge opportunities to create attractive solutions for end users.

This printable, On Metal RFID Wet Inlay enables applications that were not possible earlier with traditional UHF inlays, and offers the possibility to easily print and encode the product with standard RFID printers on-site. It delivers excellent performance on metal surfaces and liquid-filled bottles with a read-range of up to 3.5 meters. Furthermore, the tag features traceable and secure TID serialization. It is available in ETSI (for Europe) and FCC (for America and Asia) frequency bands. SMARTRAC’s design and manufacturing expertise developed the thinnest On Metal Tag, at 600µm ± 10 %, which not only protects the print heads of RFID printers, but also ensures optimum converting properties and usability. Smartrac Web RFID Wet Inlays are compact inlays that are ideally shaped for apparel hang tags. These tags provide high read reliability and excellent performance even when stacked in close proximity with low total applied costs. The SMARTRAC BLING RFID Wet Inlay is specially designed for jewelry and cosmetics applications, and offers excellent performance and superior close coupling features. BLING inlays and tags have a tiny (22 mm/0.9 inch) form factor, allowing them to be easily converted into small-sized hang-tags for jewelry labels, or attached to small cosmetic items. BLING inlays are suitable for full integration into the SMART COSMOS Cloud Services platform.
