SMARTRAC Web Dual Frequency RFID Wet Inlay (EM4423)

SMARTRAC Web Dual Frequency RFID Wet Inlays are ideally shaped for use as apparel hang tags or industrial labeling, providing high read reliability and optimum performance with low total applied costs. These inlays are equipped with the EM4423 chip that combines two functionalities on one single die: the EPC technology used for long-range application purposes and the NFC technology used to exchange data in close proximity. Both protocols may share a common, unique ID. Leveraging the IC’s unique features, Web Dual frequency inlays provides multiple benefits for retailers and logistics providers. Enabling NFC functionalities on top of UHF is straightforward, since only programming of the chip is needed. The NFC element opens up fascinating post-sales scenarios in conjunction with SMARTRAC’s Smart Cosmos solutions. Users, already carrying a NFC-enabled smartphone, can start the interaction with the product or simply by tapping the embedded tag. SMARTRAC Belt RFID Wet Inlay (Monza R6-P)

Designed for global retail, industry and supply chain applications, SMARTRAC Belt RFID Wet Inlays provide excellent performance, including in close coupling environments. Belt products with the Monza R6-P chip offer unique TID, enable pre-serialized EPC and are 100% performance tested. These wet inlays are equipped with additional features such as add-on user memory, on-demand memory configuration, a kill function and easy access to control or change tag information for store data. 

SMARTRAC Belt wet inlays with the Impinj Monza R6-P IC are on the approved inlay list for boxed electronics by the AARC Program at the RFID Lab at Auburn University. These wet inlays comply with categories A, B, C, D, F, G, I, K, M, N, Q, W2, W3, W4, W5, and Y. Furthermore, they meet GS1 Tagged-Item Performance Protocol (TIPP) Tagged-Item Gradings M10B, S15B and M15B, S15B for the retail supply chain, retailers, and suppliers.

SMARTRAC Belt RFID Wet Inlay (Monza 5)

The SMARTRAC Belt UHF RFID Tag primarily targets item-level, logistics and supply chain applications. It meets the requirements of retail apparel applications due to a compact 3” form factor and special design which take into account RF requirements for close coupling. Close coupling occurs when RFID-tagged items are stacked in close proximity to each other. SMARTRAC RFID has worked with renowned independent test facilities, major retail end-users and RFID hardware providers, to test, qualify, and approve SMARTRAC Belt tags and inlays for deployment in item-level tagging applications.

Smartrac DogBone DURA White Wet Inlay (Monza R6-P)

Smartrac DogBone DURA White Wet Inlays combine excellent performance on different materials with outstanding robustness and water resistance, making them a suitable solution for demanding global supply chain and industrial applications in harsh environments. These inlays are characterized by thick, semi-stiff thermosetting layers attached to both sides of the antenna/IC structure. The encasement provides effective protection against mechanical and environmental stresses without affecting the overall performance of the underlying inlay design. Equipped with the Impinj Monza R6-P IC, Smartrac DogBone Dura inlays come with an Autotune feature, which helps the DogBone product to work at peak efficiency, even in rapidly changing environments.

SMARTRAC MiniWeb RFID Wet Inlays have a small compact form factor, which can easily be converted into small-sized hang-tags and other apparel labels. MiniWeb products with the Monza R6-P chip offer unique TID, enable pre-serialized EPC and are 100% performance tested. These tags are equipped with additional features such as add-on user memory, on-demand memory configuration, a kill function and easy access to control or change tag information for store data.

The SMARTRAC BLING RFID Wet Inlay is specially designed for jewelry and cosmetics applications, and offers excellent performance and superior close coupling features. BLING inlays and tags have a tiny (22 mm/0.9 inch) form factor, allowing them to be easily converted into small-sized hang-tags for jewelry labels, or attached to small cosmetic items. BLING inlays are suitable for full integration into the SMART COSMOS Cloud Services platform.
