SMARTRAC DogBone RFID Wet Inlay (Monza 4D)

The SMARTRAC Dogbone RFID Inlay is compliant with Wal-Mart, Department of Defense (DoD), and METRO Group standards and protocols. Likewise, the inlays are compliant with international standards ISO 18000 and EPCglobal Gen2, so the SMARTRAC Dogbone RFID Wet Inlay will work with all equipment and systems adhering to the proper standards. All UHF transponders from SMARTRAC undergo three different testing methods to ensure the reliability of all their RFID tags. They test RFID inlay performance across various temperatures, humidities, and combinations of the former and latter. The SMARTRAC Dogbone Wet Inlay uses the Impinj Monza 4D IC (integrated circuit) providing an extra layer of reliability from another respected industry leader. Featuring two “dogbone” shaped antennas, the SMARTRAC DogBone RFID Wet Inlay transmits in an omni-directional pattern eliminating blind spots. The high-performance feature means the orientation of the tag and reader will be less of a factor in the success of your systems.

Smartrac DogBone RFID Wet Inlay (M750)

The Smartrac DogBone RFID Wet Inlays excel with superior performance inside of demanding environments and on tough-to-tag materials, due to the inlay's exceptional tolerance against the detuning effect of high dielectric materials. With the M750 IC, the Smartrac DogBone contains 96-bit EPC memory and 32-bit user memory. These inlays offer an enhanced 'autotune' adaptive RF tuning feature, which helps ensure quality work at peak efficiency, even in rapidly changing environments. The M750 IC is compatible with the Global GS1 UHF Gen2v2 standard and has a privacy mode that enables loss prevention and protects consumer privacy. Further, these inlays are manufactured to the industry's highest quality standards, as confirmed by the RFID lab at Auburn University. 

SMARTRAC Belt RFID Wet Inlay (Monza R6)

SMARTRAC’s Belt RFID inlays are designed for item level, logistics, and retail applications offering high performance in apparel and brand protection, industrial and supply chain management solutions. The special design takes into account RF requirements for close coupling. They have good tolerance and performance on difficult-to-tag or low-detuning materials such as cardboard and plastics, and in other demanding environments. These tags are included on the approved inlay list by the ARC Program at the RFID Lab at Auburn University when used in retail applications, and comply with categories A, B, C, D, F, G, I, K, M, N, Q, W2, W3, W4, W5, and Y.

Smartrac DogBone RFID Wet Inlay (M730)

Smartrac DogBone RFID Wet Inlays excel through superior performance in demanding environments and on difficult-to-tag materials, due to their high tolerance against the detuning effect of high dielectric materials. Equipped with the M730 IC from Impinj, these tags feature 128 bit-EPC memory and offer an enhanced “autotune” adaptive RF tuning feature. In addition, the M730 IC has an improved read and write sensitivity, enabling faster and more accurate bulk reading compared to Impinj R6/R6-P. 

SMARTRAC MIDAS FLAGTAG® with RA-25 Adhesive (Monza R6-P)

The SMARTRAC MIDAS FLAGTAG® is a great low cost alternative to on-metal tags with a foam structure. The MIDAS FLAGTAG® is designed for item-level tagging on diverse surfaces, especially metallic surfaces like foil packaging, and offers excellent performance in less demanding physical environments. When compared to other foam-based inlays and hard tags designed for use in tougher environmental conditions, the MIDAS FLAGTAG® is an ideal on-metal solution for product or part authentication, supply chain, and asset management. Furthermore, these tags can also be used on plastic and cardboard surfaces and works well as a standard tag.

The MIDAS FLAGTAG® is equipped with an innovative small form factor with a total size of 60 x 21 mm when used as a standard flat paper tag. Its special feature is that a flag can be created at the end of tag with a final paper tag size of 43 x 21 mm after folding, and with an exposed flag size of 17 x 21 mm. The folded part of the tag sticks out of the metal like a flag, and the attached antenna part uses the metal surface as part of the antenna structure to increase the performance of the tag. These tags are equipped with the Impinj Monza R6-P IC that features an Autotune function, which helps each MIDAS FLAGTAG® to work at peak efficiency, even in rapidly changing environments. Additionally, the Monza R6-P chip offers unique TID, enabling pre-serialized EPC, and is 100% performance tested.

Smartrac MINIBLOCK HF RFID Wet Inlays are the smallest square shaped top performers designed for package and item level applications. Equipped with 896 bits of user memory, these compact inlays provide excellent performance for small item level tagging and less material detuning.
